Having undergone a brand overhaul I was called upon to help put All Bar One’s new strategy into play.


Working across marketing, point of sale and customer service, I created a confident tone of voice that spoke of the brand’s expertise without sounding elitist or condescending.


All Bar One employ a number of external agencies from media buyers to social strategists. As such, a primary deliverable was a set of guidelines that conveyed the brand’s message in a digestible fashion. As a brand guardian I maintained a close relationship with the PR and social teams to ensure the guidelines remained useful during the 12 month brand roll-out.
